Hello

I am a designer by training and an analyst at heart. I currently support education technology and content development projects for a large training institution. With an eye toward advocacy, I have put my background in Human Factors Design, Design Thinking, and Software Development to use for several organizations.

For example, while working in the marketing communications department at Booz Allen Hamilton, I was responsible for the creation of high-profile digital engagement projects, such as the company’s annual report, as well as user experience design and software development support on the redesign of boozallen.com. I have also led pubic facing digital engagement initiatives in the federal space.  Where I have instituted a user-centered approach to digital redesign projects.

I am a Certified Usability Analyst who is active in the Washington, D.C. UX community. When I am not engaged in a project, I enjoy spending time in the Southwest, vegan cooking, art, gardening, fitness, and travel.
